- Protocol was now to have a bug with undetected source though the protocol had been in use for more than 10 years
- Ill-described: 2.800 lines of assembler code + 3 flowchart + 1 B&O eng.
- Protocol was to be ported to new platform were the error would be fatal.
- UPPAAL detects error with 1.998 transition steps (shortest) (1.5min)
- Error trace was reconfirmed in B&O Laboratory
- Error corrected and verified in UPPAAL
